2. About CEO Clarity Lab

CEO Clarity Lab is a business coaching and education company that offers programs including Clarity Pro (group coaching) and Clarity Premium (one-on-one mentorship). Our Freedom Framework methodology is designed to help entrepreneurs and CEOs build structured, scalable, and sustainable businesses.

CEO Clarity Lab participates in application-to-person (A2P) 10DLC messaging in compliance with carrier requirements and CTIA guidelines.

3.1 Marketing sms consent

By checking the marketing SMS consent checkbox on our enrollment or contact forms, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from CEO Clarity Lab at the phone number provided. 3.2 Non-Marketing / Transactional SMS Consent

By checking the transactional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from CEO Clarity Lab about program updates, onboarding details, session reminders, and account-related communications. 3.4 No Consent Required for Purchase

4. Programs & Enrollment

All program descriptions, pricing, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Enrollment in any program constitutes an agreement to pay the stated fees and abide by program guidelines communicated during onboarding.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing your order, you authorize CEO Clarity Lab to charge the selected payment method. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our programs, all sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of enrollment; please contact us at [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, and resources provided by CEO Clarity Lab — including the Freedom Framework — are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

Results shared on our website are not typical. Individual outcomes depend on background, experience, effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. CEO Clarity Lab does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, or business outcomes from participation in any program.

8. Limitation of Liability

CEO Clarity Lab, its founders, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to formal legal action.
